China, in an essence, is
a country with great prowess for growth economically.
In fact, it’s growth rate propelled beyond
expectations over the last 10 years, confirming
the country as one of the superpowers of the
world. It was obviously an opportunity not to
be forgone by BAUMA to have an exhibition in
China. What more would be a better place than
Shanghai, the economic hub of China?
To have an exhibition booth that is expecting
100,000 visitors would not be an easy task to
manage. However, TRACTRON was up for the challenge
to ensure that its goals and missions are met.
Considering the magnitude of exposure the fair
was able to offer, our main objective is to
grow together prosperously with our worldwide
principles, dealers and customers.
The fair lasted for 5 days and the influx of
visitors was enormous. We prioritize on our
existing customers and at the same time promoted
our corporation to new and interested customers.
To be able to be prominent among more than 1000
exhibitors from 50 different countries and to
be able to attract visitors to explore our booth
was a huge challenge. Ingenuity and attractiveness
was the theme of our booth. Product samples
and undercarriage models were meticulously attended
to prior to the opening of the fair. Every employee
put their heart and soul to ensure that the
booth will be able to generate the results we
desire.
Day 1, everything was in place. We were filled
with excitement and anxiety as well. A huge
impact was needed to impress the world and our
hopes were high. Once the floodgates were opened,
the race begins. Every visitor was attended
to, we played our role exceptionally well for
the first day. Many people were impressed with
our marketing strategy and most importantly
our products as well. Enquiries were flooding
in and we were there to fulfill their doubts
and queries. After a hard days work, we learned
a lot and were well prepared for the upcoming
days. |
